Through partnership with Colorado Community College, Kids First, and our Early Childhood Teachers we offer a training program to take new employees from being a Teacher’s Aide to an Assistant Teacher, all the way to a Colorado certified Early Childhood Teacher and Director. This process includes taking classes, coaching, and classroom mentorship. We welcome bilingual applicants as well. Se habla español.

Each day teachers come to school ready to tackle
a job that is critically important, extraordinarily complex,
often joyful, and at times heartbreaking. In essence,
teachers help others to become their best selves.
